✦ I will be publishing the finished piece on my social media. If you want your commission to be private, please specify in your message.
✦ I will be streaming (@twitch.tv/keyutea) and/or making a speed paint of the piece. If you wish your commission to be private, please note me in your message.
✦ Commissioner can print/use their commission to their fit.
✦ Commission can post their commissioned piece on their social media and use as a display photo on any platform.
✦ If you have any questions about my commissions, please email me.
✦ I only accept PayPal (US dollar). I will send you an invoice.
✦ I will start the commission after you pay me. (half/half payment can be negotiated)
✦ I am not comfortable with descriptions alone, so please include reference image(s).

Commission Timeline

You send me your commission request.

If I accept the commission, I will confirm the details and price with you.

I will send you few rough sketches for you to choose from and show you an idea of what the finished drawing would look like

I will send you an invoice through PayPal.
5. I will be sending you progress updates periodically. During this time feel free to ask for any adjustments! (Will not be able to adjust major composition changes)
6. When the piece is finished I will send you both .png and .jpg files of your commission. I will ask if there are any final minor changes to be made.
Refunds & cancellation policy
✦ I wont give full/partial refunds after I have already started on the commission
✦ If I can't seem to finish the commission due to personal reasons, I will refund the commission in full.
