TERMS OF SERVICE

✦ First come first serve! I work commissions in order that I receive them! 

✦ I do have the right to accept / decline commission

✦ I will be publishing the finished piece on my social media. If you want your commission to be private, please specify in your message.

✦ I will be streaming (@twitch.tv/keyutea) and/or making a speed paint of the piece. If you wish your commission to be private, please note me in your message.

✦ If you have any questions about my commissions, please email me.

✦ I only accept PayPal (US dollar). I will send you an invoice.

✦ I am not comfortable with descriptions alone, so please include reference image(s).

✦ If you have a deadline, Please! tell me in the message at least a week or two in advance.

✦ Commissioner can print/use their commission to their fit. 

✦ Commission can post their commissioned piece on their social media and use as a display photo on any platform.

✦ No commercial commissions!! 
 

Commission Timeline

  1. You send me your commission request.

  2. If I accept the commission, I will confirm the details and price with you.

  3. I will send you few rough sketches for you to choose from and show you an idea of what the finished drawing would look like

  4. I will send you an invoice through PayPal.

​​5. I will be sending you progress updates periodically. During this time feel free to ask for any adjustments! (Will not be able to adjust major composition changes)

6. When the piece is finished I will send you both PSD and .jpg files of your commission.

Refunds & cancellation policy

✦ I wont give full/partial refunds after I have already started on the commission

✦ If I can't seem to finish the commission due to personal reasons, I will refund the commission in full.

The commission includes:

✦ PSD File of the drawing
✦ High quality JPG files of the piece
